What to do when I miss my dosage for the day?
We recommend taking the missed dose as early as you remember. If you do not remember, skip the dose and do not take extra medicine to compensate for the missed dose.
Who should not use Oral Minoxidil?
People who are allergic to Oral Minoxidil or any of its ingredients should avoid using this medicine. Also, patients with heart problems such as cardiogenic shock, left ventricular failure with low filling pressure, cardiac decompensation, or fluid build-up in the lungs (pulmonary edema) should not use Lonitab 2.5 Tablet. Additionally, patients taking medicines to treat erectile dysfunction (e.g., sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil) or medicines to treat pulmonary hypertension (e.g., riociguat) should not use the medication. Your blood pressure may be affected if these medicines are taken with Oral Minoxidil or if you have low blood volume.
